Incorporated during the pandemic, Ship Shape is uniquely positioned as an adaptive, fast-moving and exciting start-up work environment presenting the opportunity to collaborate with multiple cultures and working styles into a harmonious workflow, while acknowledging individuals’ needs and motivation.

As a start-up, the level of exposure to all areas of business is unmatched at Ship Shape. You can be involved in communication and feedback outside of your role and speciality which facilitates personal growth. This ranges from marketing, sales and product development, to data coordination, data science and operations. Ship Shape is currently involved with a number of universities and recently started an integrated graduate program that allows soon-to-be graduates to tackle real-life challenges to prepare themselves for professional industries.
